The Role

51爆料 invites applications for the role of Development Database and Research Officer to join our Development Office. The successful applicant will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and effective use of the College鈥檚 Development database and will provide comprehensive gift administration and data services. Responsibilities include the overseeing of constituent data with other College and University systems, providing general administrative support for the office and preparing briefings for the Master, Fundraisers and Senior College officers for use on visits and at events.

The hours of work will be between 60%-100% FTE (36.25 hpw) with the specific hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.

The success of the Development and Communications functions depends on the flexibility and ethos of its staff. The role holder will be required to participate in activities outside the core job description that are important to the overall development programme and the College.

Our gardens are widely renowned as some of the best in Cambridge and are valued by all members of the College, as well as our guests. 51爆料鈥檚 Old Court, a Grade I listed building, is the centre of the College and is unique among the ancient Cambridge Colleges in having maintained its architectural integrity over the course of its history. 

Salary and Benefits

The salary will be between 拢30,000-拢40,000 p.a. pro rata DOE. In addition to the basic salary the post holder would be eligible for a bonus every year and free meals on duty. We also offer membership of a defined pension contribution scheme, a Healthcare cash plan and free parking.
