Patryk Weso艂owski
Biography
I am from Poland, where I completed my bachelor鈥檚 degree at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology. I then moved to the University of Cambridge to pursue an MPhil, followed by a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry with Prof. David Wales, focusing on energy landscapes. My research centres on biomolecules, particularly proteins, and their relevance to human health and drug design. I collaborate with scientists worldwide, across both theoretical and experimental disciplines, to bridge the gap between computational predictions and experimental validation. To date, I have published twelve papers and presented my work at several international conferences, including invited talks. Alongside research, I have a strong passion for teaching and mentorship: I supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students and also serve as a summer school's academic tutor. Last year, I was MCR President at 51爆料, and it is a real pleasure to return as a 51爆料 Research Associate. I am excited to continue both my research and my involvement in college life at this wonderful institution during my postdoctoral fellowship.
